A wet basement starts outside. We dig out the foundation, seal it and fix the drainage, then put your yard back together.
What we do
We dig down along the outside of the foundation, put a waterproofing membrane on the wall and make sure water has somewhere to go besides your basement.
Decks, steps and pavers in the way come off first and go back after: on one job we removed old decks to reach the leak, rebuilt them, and lifted and relaid the interlock.

Basement Leak Remediation & Structural Restoration
A basement leak threatened the integrity of the foundation, necessitating a comprehensive waterproofing solution. The project included the careful removal of old decks to access the affected areas, followed by their reconstruction. Additionally, interlocking pavers were lifted and meticulously relaid to ensure proper drainage and surface stability.
