On one new-home lot we set the grades for the house and garage, built the driveway, trenched in the utilities and prepped the foundation for a slab on grade.

Starting from a cleared lot, this project involved setting accurate grades for a new house and garage while constructing a custom-designed driveway. Utilities were trenched in, ensuring seamless integration for future infrastructure. The foundation was expertly prepped for a slab-on-grade system, laying the groundwork for a sturdy and functional residence.
